We are so busy with work and school but Chef Michael was very flexiable and we set up a meeting to discuss all our issues. He worked out a schedule that was good for us. He came up with some menus for us and has taught us how to cook wonderful tasting simple food. I never knew good food could be so easy to prepare. And better still, it isn't expensive. Our kids look forward to dinner time now.
